Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app, without contacting support.

  1. 1Open Settings in the Vesper app.
  2. 2Choose Delete Account and confirm.
  3. 3For 48 hours the deletion can be cancelled — just sign in again.
  4. 4After that you can no longer sign in: the sign-in account is deleted and the profile is anonymised.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account and the ability to log in
  • Email address, phone number, display name, and avatar
  • Rating and rating history, mode and role statistics, season awards
  • Friends and friend requests, reports, notifications, and push tokens
  • Coin and crystal balances are reset to zero

What remains, anonymised

  • Match history — otherwise the history of other players who played with you would break
  • Messages you sent: the text is replaced with a deleted-account notice, but the conversation itself remains for the other participants
  • The profile appears as a deleted player under a technical name such as deleted_1a2b3c4d, carrying none of your data

If you no longer have access to the app, write to us and we will delete the account on request.
